Everything a skeptical artist wants to know before signing up.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Essentials ($8/mo, $77/yr) — 25 credits/month, every feature unlocked (your footage, visualizers, long-to-short, the full editor), 3 GB footage storage, weekly calendar recommendations, and email support.
Growth ($10/mo, $96/yr) — 50 credits/month, every feature unlocked, 10 GB footage storage, platform optimization across IG / TikTok / YT Shorts, priority email, and live webinars.
Premium ($15/mo, $144/yr) — 100 credits/month + priority render queue, 1080p + 4K downloads, 20 GB footage storage, 1:1 video strategy calls, and the Zoom artist community.
How credits work — a song-promo reel is 1 credit, a visualizer is 2. Your monthly credits arrive as a weekly refill you spend on-demand; unused credits roll over one week. Top up any time — 10 credits for $8, 20 for $14, or 30 for $18. Top-up credits never expire and carry from month to month.
Free Trial — 7 days with every feature unlocked and 10 credits, watermarked reels. Card required up front; auto-upgrades to Premium ($15/mo) on day 8 unless you cancel.
How does signup work?
Four quick steps:
- Email + password — nothing else.
- Pick a plan — trial, Essentials, Growth, or Premium.
- Stripe Checkout — card on file (yes, even for trial).
- Inside the app — set your genre, upload a focus song, and mark the clips you want the batch to pull from.
Does the free trial require a credit card?
Yes — we capture a card during Stripe Checkout, but we don’t charge you for the first 7 days. On day 8 the trial rolls into Premium ($15/mo) automatically. Cancel any time before then from your account and you owe nothing. We do this so the transition is one click instead of a second checkout, and so the trial isn’t abused by bots.
How many reels do I actually get per week?
You get monthly credits (25 on Essentials, 50 on Growth, 100 on Premium), delivered as a weekly refill you spend on-demand. A song-promo reel is 1 credit, a visualizer is 2 — so how many reels you make is up to you. Every reel is one clean base cut to the beat. You set each reel's look in the reel editor, and your global brand dials, accent color, cut style, and editing feel carry across every reel you make. Editing a finished reel is always free and instant. It never costs a credit, no matter how many times you restyle it.
What platforms does ArtistOps post to?
We render for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts and show a genre-aware weekly calendar with recommended posting windows. Posting is still manual today. Finished reels land in your in-app reels library with one-click downloads.
Can I customize how the reels are cut?
Yes. The Brand page has 4 cut-style modes. None (single take, no cuts), Minimal (a couple cuts on the chorus), Beat Drop (cuts pinned to detected song beats), and Sizzle (rapid montage, capped at 6 cuts to keep it readable). Each mode is paired with transition styles (fade, slide, roll up, static, light flash, glitch, zoom punch, whip blur), and the system only offers the combinations that suit each cut style. Changes apply to the next reel you generate.
What if I cancel mid-month?
Cancel any time from your account. Your plan runs through the current billing cycle. Before access ends, download any reels you want to keep from your in-app reels library.
Who owns the reels you deliver?
You do. Every deliverable — reels, carousels, cover art, and other generated media — is yours to post, license, monetize, or delete. ArtistOps is a pipeline, not a publisher.
How fast is the turnaround?
Upload your song any time, then generate on-demand whenever you want — no waiting for a scheduled batch. Reels render one at a time on the pipeline (a song-promo reel in ~2 minutes, a visualizer in a few), and failed renders are retried automatically. Higher plans get priority in the render queue, so their reels render first when the pipeline is busy.
Can I bring my own footage, or do you shoot?
You bring the raw takes — phone video works great. Every plan lets you drag video and photos into per-song content folders, and the pipeline only pulls from that song’s library. Footage storage is 3 GB on Essentials, 10 GB on Growth, and 20 GB on Premium. ArtistOps handles the cutting, color, and crop. Location discovery and the Shoot Day Planner are included on every plan too, for planning the next shoot.
What equipment do I need?
A phone. That’s it. If you have a DSLR or mirrorless you’re further ahead, but our pipeline is tuned for phone footage first — that’s what Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YT Shorts reward.
Is there a real human behind the platform?
Yes — every plan includes email support from a real person. Growth adds priority response times and live webinars. Premium adds 1:1 video strategy calls and the Zoom artist community. Curated software runs the pipeline; a real team runs the service.
What happens to my content if I cancel?
Deleting a song inside the app moves it to Trash for 60 days, with one-click restore during that window. The song’s content folder stays intact until you permanently delete it or let the 60-day retention expire. Finished reels can be downloaded from the app at any time.
Is my payment info safe?
Yes. Card details never touch our servers — payment is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We only store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Update or remove your card any time from your account settings.
