Privacy Policy
This is how ArtistOps handles your information, written in plain language. It covers the platform at artistopsservices.com and everything you upload to it.
01The short version
ArtistOps is a small, independently operated platform. In practice, today: we do not sell your personal information, we do not run advertising trackers on the platform, and your music and footage are used only to make your own content. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
Our
Terms of Service reserve broader data rights for the business (Sections 13 and 14). This page describes what we actually do with data today. If our practices ever expand toward what the Terms allow, we will update this policy first and give you a way to opt out at
[email protected].
02What we collect
- Account data. Email, display name, a hashed password, your plan and billing status.
- Your content. Songs, lyrics, footage, brand settings you upload, plus technical data we derive from them to build your content, such as beat maps and lyric timing.
- Usage data. Standard server logs, IP address, browser type, pages visited. We use these to keep the service working and secure.
- Billing identifiers. Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details live with Stripe, not with us.
03How we use it
- To run the service: generate your reels and content, schedule posts you approve, show you your library.
- To bill you through Stripe and honor your plan limits.
- To support you when you write in.
- To improve the product using aggregate, de-identified usage patterns.
AI processing happens on our own machines. Your songs and footage are processed by models we run locally. We do not send your content to third party AI providers.
04Who else touches your data
- Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy.
- YouTube receives content only when you connect your channel and approve posting. Google's privacy policy applies to that connection.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on our web pages, which means Google sees the standard web request your browser makes.
- Open-Meteo receives approximate coordinates when you use shoot day weather. No account data is sent.
- Cloudflare serves the site and provides our page analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and records no IP addresses, no device fingerprints, and no identifiers that could be traced back to you. It counts page views, referrers, countries and browsers in aggregate so we can see which pages people find useful.
We do not run Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, or any other advertising tracker, and nothing we run follows you across other websites or builds a profile of you. Our page analytics are limited to the Cloudflare measurement described above, and we do not sell or share it.
05Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in. That is it. No cross site tracking cookies, and our page analytics set no cookie at all.
06Where your data lives, and for how long
Your data is stored on infrastructure we operate, with daily backups kept on a 14 day rotation and weekly backups kept for 8 weeks. When you delete content in the app it leaves the live system right away and falls out of backups on that rotation.
07Your choices and rights
- You can download your generated content at any time from your library.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.
- You can ask us to export or delete your account data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA or GDPR. Use the same email and we will honor applicable requests.
08Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be flagged when you sign in. Questions: [email protected].
