Plans bill in advance, monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again. Consistent with our Terms, we do not give pro rated refunds for partial periods or unused generation allowances.
The 7 day trial captures a card through Stripe but charges nothing for the first 7 days. On day 8 the trial converts to Premium automatically and the saved card is charged. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you owe nothing. You can cancel from your account page in one click.
If something goes wrong on our side, a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, a plan billed at the wrong price, tell us within 30 days at [email protected] and we will refund the incorrect amount in full. Refunds land back on the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
Beyond the cases above, all sales are final except where a refund is required by law. Nothing on this page limits any statutory rights you have in your jurisdiction.
