Refund Policy
The complete picture of when money comes back to you, in plain language. This page restates and is governed by Section 3 of the Terms of Service.
ArtistOps is operated by Ronnie Mota, an individual sole proprietor based in Georgia, USA, doing business as ArtistOps. Billing and support questions go to [email protected].
01Subscriptions
Plans bill in advance, monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again. After the subscription ends, your account drops to a free account with Essentials-level limits indefinitely. This free account includes 6 generation credits per week, 3 GB of source storage, and access to your retained library, editing and downloads at Essentials-level limits. YouTube publishing requires an active plan and publishing enabled on your account. Content is kept until you delete it or request account deletion by email; account deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Connected-platform data for all platforms is deleted within 7 calendar days of subscription end, as explained in the data deletion instructions. Consistent with our Terms, we do not give pro rated refunds for partial periods or unused generation allowances.
02Free trial
The 7 day trial captures a card through Stripe but charges nothing for the first 7 days. On day 8 the trial converts to Premium automatically and the saved card is charged. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you owe nothing. You can cancel from your account page.
03Billing mistakes
If something goes wrong on our side, a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, a plan billed at the wrong price, tell us within 30 days at [email protected] and we will refund the incorrect amount in full. Refunds land back on the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
04Everything else
Beyond the cases above, all sales are final except where a refund is required by law. Nothing on this page limits any statutory rights you have in your jurisdiction.
