Support and privacy

Email [email protected]. Include your ArtistOps account email and a short description of what you need. For a connected-platform request, include the platform and channel or account name. Never send a password, access token, full card number or identity document by email.

To request deletion, follow our data deletion instructions or email us directly. Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Platform tokens and data are deleted within 7 calendar days of disconnect, revocation at the platform, a definitive, non-retryable refresh-token grant failure, account deletion, a deletion request, or the subscription ending.
